Adding a Publication

In the main menu of the admin area, hover over Publications and click Add publication

First add the title and description of the publication

Choose the publication category

Upload the publication file

Now scroll down the edit page to upload the publication file

Click Add file

This opens the media library popup window

Now drag your publication’s file onto the window (which will turn blue). When it has finished uploading make sure the new publication is ticked

Then click Select

 

You can also add a cover image for the publication, and tick the tickbox labelled Open file in new window.

Note: the blue Add File button allows you to associate another file with this publication. IN In other words you can have more than one file associated with a publication

Choose specific page ad to display at the top in the sidebar

Publish your publication on the website
